According to ABC news Harvard Law professor Elizabeth Warren, charged with overseeing disposition of the massive Troubled Asset Relief Program, has been stonewalled by banks receiving the money and there is no indication any relief has been going to victims of mortgage
foreclosures. Treasury Secretary Paulson retorted, "I'll be back at Goldman in two weeks. They'll tell me everything then!".
