The Dow Jones suffered its worst Inaugural Day in history, (over 120 years), as bank shares continue to slide. Some experts are saying $3.5 trillion may be needed compared to the $700 billion so far allocated. This says nothing of the 2 wars in progress, global warming-energy or health care. Good Luck!
