U.S. Foreclosures up 81% for 2008 3.2 million filings and retail sales less than forecast at -2.7% and -3.1% excluding the further -.7% for autos. Hopefully, the winter weather has been a damper and along with the humongous stimulus package we'll see a few more shoppers as spring arrives.
