Its hard to see the appeal when your 10 lb laptop crashes at the smell of a decent graphics package. Netbooks, offering 80% of the functionality of a laptop at a scaled down price, have been the hottest seller over the last, back-to-school quarter and are projected to dominate computer sales this year. Obviously, its targeting a scaled down demographic, as well. No more nasty parental oversight on that darn history tab!
