American Apparel Store in West Vancouver B.C. was fined for inappropriate display of pornographic material. Copies of the Dutch gay lifestyle quarterly, "Butt" had been inserted into bags and backpacks in the store in violation of city codes requiring explicit material be displayed discretely. The L.A. HQ said the "accidental placement was fixed" but it was a matter of "free expression".
